Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Hi friend — thank you so much for shopping with Christian Compass. Every piece we make is printed to order, just for you, so please give this a quick read. We want you to love what you receive, and if something's off, we'll always do our best to make it right.
If something's wrong (our mistake) — If your order shows up damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we've got you — no return needed. Email a photo to support@christiancompass.co within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or refund.
Wrong size ordered (an easy fix) — Picked the wrong size? Within 30 days, we'll reprint it in the right size for a flat $9.95 exchange fee per shirt (covers reprinting + reshipping). Keep the original, or pass it along to bless someone else. 💛
Changes & cancellations (please read!) — Because every item is made to order, we can only change or cancel before it goes to print — and our orders move into production quickly, often within a few hours of ordering. So if you need a change, email us right away and we'll do all we can to catch it. Once it's printing, we can't change or cancel, but we're always glad to help with a size exchange.
Change of mind — Since each piece is printed especially for you, we're unable to offer free returns for a change of mind once printed.
Lost or delayed packages — Reach out within 30 days with your order number and we'll track it down. We can't refund carrier delays outside our control, but we'll always help.
Wrong address — Please double-check your address at checkout; we can't cover packages sent to an incorrectly entered address, and reshipment would be at your cost.
