You have 30 days.
From the day your order arrives, you've got 30 days to reach out with any concern. Just email support@christiancompass.co and we'll take care of you — usually within 1–2 business days.

If something's wrong, it's on us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain incorrect, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. No need to mail anything back; keep it, gift it, or pass it along. Just send a quick photo so we can make it right.

Not quite the right fit?
Every shirt is printed to order, just for you — so we can't restock returns, but we won't leave you stuck either. Peek at the size chart before you order (our tees run unisex and a little roomy — size down for a fitted look). If the fit still misses, reach out and we'll work with you on a replacement size or a refund, case by case. We'd rather you be happy than be right.

A note on made-to-order.
Because each item is created only when you order it — which means less waste, something we love — we're not able to accept "changed my mind" returns. But anything that's our fault, we fix, no questions asked.
